Ann-Marie Slavin

Chief Executive Officer

Having founded the company in 2002, Ann-Marie is the Chief Executive Officer of OPT2VOTE Ltd. Under Ann-Marie’s leadership the company is now recognised as being at the leading edge of innovations in elections management. Ann-Marie also contributes significant energy and skills to the business community. Her range of roles includes past President of the Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, the first female Chairman of Momentum, member of the Higher Education Council and Non-Executive Director of the Royal Mail Advisory Board. Ann-Marie is a Fellow of the British Computer Society.

Mary Walker

Company Secretary

Mary Walker has been appointed as Company Secretary at election services specialist OPT2VOTE. Mary was previously Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive at OPT2VOTE. Prior to joining OPT2VOTE Mary worked for over a decade with Bombardier Aerospace. She holds an honours degree in Business Studies.

Mark Gillen

Chief Operations Officer

Mark Gillen was appointed Chief Operations Officer at OPT2VOTE in 2007. Mark originally joined OPT2VOTE as Head of Operations in 2005. Prior to joining OPT2VOTE, Mark worked for over a decade in the technology sector in various roles including Systems Architect and Solutions Design Manager. He holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Computing and Marketing.

Mark Nolan

Director of Finance

In 2009, Mark Nolan accepted his position with elections services specialist OPT2VOTE as Director of Finance. A Chartered Accountant, Mark brings 15 years of experience in practice, banking and industry. Mark was previously Corporate Finance Executive and Audit Senior at Farrell Grant Sparks, Corporate Banking Lending Manager at AIB Group and Financial Controller at Flanagans.

Tom Crangle

Sales Director

In 2010 Tom Crangle joined OPT2VOTE as Sales Director with overall responsibility for the sales and marketing functions of the company. Tom has 18 years experience in the IT sector, most recently as Business Development Director with Lagan Technologies and ICS Computing.

Siobhan Donaghy

Chief Technology Officer

Having worked with the company since its formation, in 2010 Siobhan Donaghy was appointed as Chief Technology Officer at OPT2VOTE. Siobhan was previously Product Delivery Manager at the elections services specialist. Siobhan obtained her MBA in 2010 and holds an honours degree from Queen’s University Belfast.
