Title:                    Senior Sales Executives – Election Services 

Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will have an established track record in selling election services in markets such as Trade Unions, Membership Bodies, Health Trusts etc. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategies in current established markets as well as well as identifying new market opportunities. You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership.

Experience/Skills

  • Proven track record in selling election services across Trade Unions, Membership Bodies Health Trusts etc
  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
  • Delivering sales by developing relationships with partners and customers
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
  • Acting as an ambassador and role model for our business
  • Taking responsibility for profit and loss
  • Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
  • Provide direction to your department.

Competencies
To be a Sales Director you'll need to have:

Title:                    Product Manager 

Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:

  1. Define the product strategy and roadmap
  2. Deliver Market requirements Documents and Product Requirements Documents with prioritised features and corresponding justification
  3. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  4. Be an expert with respect to the competition
  5. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  6. Perform product demos to customers
  7. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  8. Develop sales tools and collateral
  9. Propose an overall budget to ensure success
  10. Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
  11. Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
  12. Act as a leader within the company

Required experience and knowledge

  1. Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Development
  2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  3. 3+ years of experience in a job in the IT industry
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Bachelor's degree
  6. Technical background, with experience in the full software development lifecycle
  7. Excellent teamwork skills
  8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  9. Must be able to travel
  10. Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Title:                    Product Support Engineer 

Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Support Engineer to join the team. The selected candidate will have a solid UAT testing background with proven experience working within a software product company. This role relates to business testing as opposed to functional testing and the programme will be driven by business process change.   The role also incorporates general network support and maintenance for internal systems, including resolving issues and providing product and system maintenance.

The Product support Engineer is expected to:

  1. Define the internal and external User Acceptance Test Strategy
  2. Work closely with the Product manager and Software Development manager to define User Acceptance Tests
  3. Record, track and monitor the status of all errors arising from UAT testing.
  4. Support the product managers, sales team and development team with demo system setup
  5. Attending all the necessary project planning and status meetings.
  6. Working with the necessary stakeholders to acquire ongoing resources, spearheading and conducting all UAT communications.
  7. Leading go/ no-go decisions from a client perspective and providing UAT status reporting.
  8. This position will collaborate with the program management team, operations team, project sponsors, and with other key stakeholders.
  9. Support the internal network and systems
  10. Record, track and manage all internal support requests

Required experience and knowledge

  1. Minimum of 3+ year Testing and UAT experience.
  2. Understanding of test methodologies
  3. Experience with the testing process
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Bachelor's degree
  6. Technical background, with experience in the full software development lifecycle
  7. Excellent teamwork skills
  8. Understanding of network setup and support processes
  9. Ability to work in a time critical environment
  10. Good understanding of:
    o Manual Testing
    o Automated Testing
    o Windows XP / Vista
    o Knowledge of SQL
